Fresh Freeze is specially formulated to deliver the perfect base for professional, bartender quality, frozen specialty drinks.

Granita bases are available in 1/2 gallon individual bottles, case of 6 1/2 gallons bottles, 3 gallon bag in a box, and 5 gallon bag in a box.

Each half-gallon bottle yields two and a half gallons of slush. 

Fruit granitas are mixed at a 4:1 ratio.
