Fresh Freeze is specially formulated to deliver the perfect base for professional, bartender quality, frozen specialty drinks.

Granita bases are available in individual 1/2-gallon bottles, 6 x 1/2 gal. cases, 3 gallon bag in a box, and 5 gallon bag in a box.

Each half-gallon bottle yields two and a half gallons of slush. 

Fruit granitas are mixed at a 4:1 ratio.
